AFFIRMATIVE ACTION (EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN) ACT 1986 No. 91 of 1986 - SECT 21
Tenure of Director
21. (1) The Director holds office for such period, not exceeding 5 years, as
is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for
re-appointment.
(2) The Director holds office, subject to this Part, on such terms and
conditions as are determined by the Governor-General.
