AFFIRMATIVE ACTION (EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN) ACT 1986 No. 91 of 1986 - SECT 27
Disclosure of interest
27. The Director shall give written notice to the Minister of all direct or
indirect pecuniary interests that the Director has or acquires in, or in
relation to, a relevant employer.
