ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 195

195. (1) Where a delegate of the Commission has:

   (a)  refused a loan under section 16 or 17 to a natural person; or

   (b)  refused to give a guarantee under section 19 in respect of a loan made
        or to be made to a natural person; the natural person may, within 30
        days after being notified of the refusal, request the Commission to
        reconsider the matter.

(2) Where a request is made under subsection (1), the Commission shall
reconsider the matter and shall decide whether to make the loan or to give the
guarantee.
