ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 150 of 1989 - SECT 224

224. Section 3 of the Aboriginal Councils and Associations Act 1976*2* is
amended by omitting paragraph (b) of the definition of "Aboriginal" and
substituting the following paragraph:

"(b) a descendant of an indigenous inhabitant of the Torres Strait Islands;".
