AUSTRALIAN CHARITIES AND NOT-FOR-PROFITS COMMISSION ACT 2012 (NO. 168, 2012) - SECT 165.5

                   The AAT Act applies in relation to:

                     (a)  the review of objection decisions; and

                     (b)  the review of extension of time refusal decisions; and

                     (c)  AAT extension applications;

subject to the modifications set out in this Division.
