ABORIGINAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ACT 1980 No. 34 of 1980 - SECT 35

35. (1) The Commission may engage persons having suitable qualifications or
experience to furnish advice to, or perform services for, the Commission
otherwise than as members of the staff referred to in section 33 or by virtue
of arrangements made under section 34.

(2) The terms and conditions of engagement of persons under sub-section (1)
shall be such as are determined by the Commission with the approval of the
Public Service Board.
(3) In this section, "person" includes an unincorporated body or association,
and a partnership.
