AUSTRALIA'S FOREIGN RELATIONS (STATE AND TERRITORY ARRANGEMENTS) ACT 2020 (NO. 116, 2020) - SECT 6

             (1)  For the purposes of achieving the objects of this Act, this Act has provisions that apply to foreign arrangements.

             (2)  A foreign arrangement is an arrangement between:

                     (a)  a State/Territory entity; and

                     (b)  a foreign entity;

whether or not other entities are also a party to the arrangement.
