Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation Amendment Act 1984 No. 57 of 1984 - SECT 16

Deputies of other members 

16. Section 25 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1) and
substituting the following sub-section:

''(1) The Minister may, if requested by a member referred to in paragraph 18
(1) (d) so to do, appoint a person recommended by that member to be the deputy
of that member.''.
