BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 86

Trustee to pay moneys into bank account

86. Section 169 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub- section (4)
and substituting the following sub-section: "(4) This section does not apply
in relation to the Official Trustee.".
