BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 31
Committee of inspection
31. (1) Section 70 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
subsection (1) "the first meeting of creditors or at a subsequent meeting" and
substituting "a meeting of the creditors".
(2) The amendment made by subsection (1) applies as provided in subsection
106 (1).
