BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 93
Arrest of person failing to attend before the Court etc.
93. Section 264B of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(2) " section 50 or 81" and substituting "a provision of this Act (other than
section 69)".
