- (1)
- As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, the ABC
Commissioner must prepare and give to the Minister a report on the operations
of the ABC Commissioner during that year.
- (2)
- The report must include:
(a) details of the number, and type, of matters that were investigated by the
ABC Commissioner during the financial year; and
(b) details of assistance provided during the financial year to building
employees and building contractors in connection with the recovery of
unpaid entitlements; and
(c) details of the extent to which the Building Code was complied with
during the financial year.

- The report must also include:
(a) details of directions given by the Minister during the financial year
under section 11 or 12; and
(b) details of delegations by the ABC Commissioner under section 13
during the financial year.

- The Minister may notify the
ABC Commissioner in writing of particular occupational health and
safety matters that need not be covered in the paragraph (2)(c)
part of the report.

- The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House
of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after its receipt by
the Minister.
