BOUNTY AND SUBSIDY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 119 of 1986 - SECT 10
Variation of inadequate claims
10. Section 9A of the Principal Act is amended -
(a) by omitting from paragraph (2) (d) "12" and substituting "6"; and
(b) by inserting in sub-section (4) "and section 6B" after "6A (2)".
