BOUNTY AND SUBSIDY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 119 of 1986 - SECT 11

11. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (11)
and substituting the following sub-section:

"(11) Where an application is made for the registration of premises under this
section, the Minister shall refuse to register the premises unless, in the
opinion of the Minister, the registration of the premises will permit the
orderly development in Australia of the industry of constructing and modifying
bountiable vessels.".
