BOUNTY AND SUBSIDY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1986 No. 119 of 1986 - SECT 18
Application
18. The amendments made by section 16 do not apply in relation to claims or
applications for bounty or subsidy made before the commencement of that
section and those claims or applications shall be dealt with as if those
amendments had not been made.
