BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 79

Corporation may make programs available to certain licensees

79. Section 113A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "national
broadcasting translator station licence, a national television translator
station licence or a television repeater station" and substituting
"re-broadcasting or re-transmission".
