BARLEY RESEARCH ACT 1980 No. 168 of 1980 - SECT 21

21. (1) Subject to this section, meetings of the Council shall be held at such
times and places as the Council from time to time determines.

(2) The Chairman of the Council may at any time convene a meeting of the
Council.

(3) At a meeting of the Council-

   (a)  the Chairman of the Council and 6 other members constitute a quorum;

   (b)  the Chairman of the Council shall preside;

   (c)  all questions shall be determined by a majority of the votes of the
        members present and voting; and

   (d)  the Chairman of the Council has a deliberative vote and, in the event
        of an equality of votes, also has a casting vote.
