BOUNTY (TEXTILE YARNS) ACT 1981 No. 103 of 1981 - SECT 14

14. (1) The Minister may, by writing signed by him, appoint -

   (a)  a specified officer;

   (b)  the officer for the time being holding, or performing the duties of, a
        specified office; or

   (c)  officers included in a specified class of officers, to be an
        authorized officer, or authorized officers, for the purposes of this
        Act.
(2) In this section, "officer" means an officer of the Department of Business
and Consumer Affairs.
