CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 257
Resolutions at adjourned meetings
257. Where a resolution is passed at an adjourned meeting of a company or of
holders of any class of shares or of directors, the resolution shall for all
purposes be treated as having been passed on the day on which it was in fact
passed and not on any earlier day.
