CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 669

669. In this Division:

"relevant day", in relation to a takeover scheme, means the day that is the
fourteenth day before the last day of the offer period;

"renew", in relation to takeover approval provisions of a company, means renew
under subsection 672 (2);

"takeover approval provisions", in relation to a company, means provisions of
the kind referred to in subsection 671 (1) that are contained in, or that it
is proposed to insert, as the case requires, the constitution of the company.
