CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 792

792. It is a condition of a licence that a statement provided for by a
condition of the licence existing by virtue of section 791 shall be lodged:

   (a)  if the licence is a dealers licence-during the period within which a
        condition of the licence existing by virtue of section 860 provides
        for a profit and loss account and balance sheet to be lodged; or

   (b)  otherwise-within one month immediately before the anniversary of the
        date on which the licence was granted.
