CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 793

793. (1) The Commission may extend the period for lodging a statement under
section 791.

(2) Where an extension was granted by the NCSC before the commencement of this
Part under a law corresponding to this section for the purposes of a law
corresponding to section 791 and the period as extended ends after the
commencement of this Part, the extension shall be deemed to have been granted
by the Commission under this section.
