CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 799

799. A notice given under section 798 rescinds the agreement unless rescission
of the agreement would prejudice a right, or an estate in property, acquired
by a person (other than the non-licensee) in good faith, for valuable
consideration and without notice of the facts entitling the client to give the
notice.
