CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 955

Interpretation
955. (1) In this Division, unless the contrary intention appears:

"claim" means a claim under this Division against SEGC;

"dealer" means a member of a participating exchange;

"securities" means marketable securities or marketable rights within the
meaning of Division 3 of Part 7.13.

(2) A dealer shall be deemed to have executed a document of transfer in
relation to securities on behalf of a person as transferor of the securities
if the document states that the person is the transferor of the securities and
purports to have been stamped with the dealer's stamp as the transferor's
broker.
