CIVIL AVIATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 25 of 1990 - SECT 16
Constitution of the Board
16. (1) Section 33 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
subsection (1) "Authority" and substituting "Board".
(2) The persons who, immediately before the commencement of this section, held
office as members of the Authority continue to hold office, after that
commencement, as members of the Board.
