Commonwealth Electoral Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 144 of 1983 - SECT 135

135. Section 190 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:

''(2) Where the Court makes inquiries in relation to ballot-papers marked in
Antarctica pursuant to the provisions of Part XIIIA, a statement of the
particulars of the marking of the ballot-papers prepared by an Australian
Electoral Officer under sub-section 128R (3) is, unless the Court otherwise
orders, conclusive evidence of the particulars stated.''.
