Commonwealth Electoral Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 144 of 1983 - SECT 56
Form of consent to act
56. Section 74 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting ''of qualification'' and substituting ''referred to
in paragraph 73 (a) (ii)''; and
(b) by omitting ''Commonwealth'' and substituting ''Australian''.
