CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 164 of 1992 - SECT 33

33. Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the definition of

"sentence" and substituting the following definition:

"'sentence' does not include a sentence that is wholly suspended;".
