CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 164 of 1992 - SECT 34
Effect of superannuation orders
34. Section 21 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting in subsection (4) "when the superannuation order takes
effect" after "who is an employee";
(b) by omitting from paragraph (5)(a) "being charged with an offence" and
substituting "the superannuation order takes effect".
