CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 164 of 1992 - SECT 45
Interpretation
45. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definition:
"'Money-Laundering Convention' means the Convention on Laundering, Search,
Seizure and Confiscation of the Proceeds from Crime, done at Strasbourg on 8
November 1990;".
