CORPORATE LAW REFORM ACT 1992 No. 210 of 1992 - SECT 3

3. In this Act:

"Corporations Law" means the Corporations Law set out in section 82 of the
Corporations Act 1989.*1*

"Principal Act" means the Act referred to in the heading:

   (a)  if the expression occurs in a Division of a Part - to that Division;
        or

   (b)  otherwise - to the Part in which the expression occurs.
