CORPORATE LAW REFORM ACT 1992 No. 210 of 1992 - SECT 4

4. Section 9 of the Corporations Law is amended by inserting the following
definitions:

" 'civil penalty disqualification' has the meaning given by subsection  91(4A)
;
'civil penalty order' means a declaration or order made under section 1317EA
of the Corporations Law of this jurisdiction;
'civil penalty provision' has the meaning given by section 1317DA;
'find', in the case of a reference to a court finding a person guilty of an
offence, has a meaning affected by section 73A;
'guilty', in the case of a reference to a court finding a person guilty of an
offence, has a meaning affected by section 73A;".
