DAIRY ADJUSTMENT ACT 1974 No. 166 of 1974 - SECT 21

21. An agreement may provide for-

   (a)  the making by Australia to the State of advances on account of amounts
        that may become payable to the State under provision made in the
        agreement in accordance with section 17 and the deduction of amounts
        so advanced from amounts becoming so payable; and

   (b)  the terms and conditions (including terms and conditions relating to
        repayment and payment of interest) that are to be applicable to such
        advances, being terms and conditions that are appropriate having
        regard to the provisions made in the agreement in accordance with
        section 20.
