DAIRY ADJUSTMENT ACT 1974 No. 166 of 1974 - SECT 22

22. Amounts payable to the States after the commencement of this Act under
agreements made under this Act, not exceeding in the whole the amount
ascertained by subtracting from $43,000,000 the sum of the amounts paid to the
States under those agreements before the commencement of this Act, are payable
out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is, to the necessary extent,
appropriated accordingly.
