DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 No. 99 of 1992 - SECT 110
Commonwealth authorities may assist DAA
110.(1) This section applies to an authority established by or under a law of
the Commonwealth.
(2) In addition to the functions otherwise conferred on the authority, the
authority may, at the request of the DAA, provide assistance to the DAA
relating to the administration of this Act.
(3) The authority may charge fees for the provision of the assistance.
