DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 No. 99 of 1992 - SECT 111

111.(1) An application under Part 3, 4, 5 or 6 may be accompanied by an
application that certain information given in accordance with that Part (other
than section 34) be treated as commercial-in-confidence information under this
Part.

(2) The giving of information, or the production or giving of a document or
copy, under section 34 or Part 7 may be accompanied by an application that
some or all of the information or of the contents of the document or copy be
treated as commercial-in-confidence information under this Part.

(3) An application under subsection (1) or (2) must be in writing in the
approved form.
