DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 No. 135 of 1992 - SECT 86
Inquiries may be held in private
86.(1) Subject to subsection (2), an inquiry is to be held in public.
(2) The Commission may, on its own initiative or on the application of a party
to the inquiry, if it is satisfied that it is appropriate to do so, direct
that an inquiry, or a part of an inquiry, be held in private.
