DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 No. 135 of 1992 - SECT 87

87.(1) The Commission may direct that:

   (a)  any evidence given before it; or

   (b)  the contents of any document produced to the Commission; or

   (c)  any information that might enable a person who has appeared before the
        Commission to be identified; must not be published, or must not be
        published except in such manner, and to such persons, as the
        Commission specifies.

(2) This section is not to be taken to derogate from the Commission's powers
under section 86.
