DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 No. 135 of 1992 - SECT 89
Determination of representative complaints
89. At an inquiry held in respect of a complaint that appears to the
Commission to be a representative complaint, the Commission must determine, as
a preliminary matter, whether that complaint should be dealt with as a
representative complaint.
