DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 1992 No. 135 of 1992 - SECT 88
Counsel assisting the Commission
88.(1) The Commission may make arrangements for counsel to appear at an
inquiry to assist the Commission.
(2) Counsel assisting the Commission at an inquiry under arrangements made
under subsection (1) must, in relation to that inquiry, be subject to the
control and direction of the Commission.
