DEER EXPORT CHARGE ACT 1992 No. 31 of 1992 - SECT 6

Imposition of charge

6. A charge is imposed on live deer produced in Australia (whether before or
after the commencement of this Act) that are exported from Australia after the
commencement of this Act.
