DEER EXPORT CHARGE ACT 1992 No. 31 of 1992 - SECT 7

Rate of charge on export of live deer 
7.(1) The rate of charge imposed under section 6 on live deer is:

   (a)  the amount per head that is specified in the regulations; or

   (b)  if no amount is specified in the regulations, $10.00 per head.

(2) The amount specified in the regulations for the purposes of paragraph
(1)(a) must not exceed $20.00 per head.
