DEER EXPORT CHARGE ACT 1992 No. 31 of 1992 - SECT 9

9.(1) The Governor-General may make regulations prescribing matters required
or permitted by this Act to be prescribed.

(2) Before making a regulation specifying an amount for the purposes of
paragraph 7(1)(a), the Governor-General is to consider any recommendations on
the amount made to the Minister by any representative industry organisation.
