DEFENCE HOME OWNERSHIP ASSISTANCE SCHEME ACT 2008 (NO. 27, 2008) - SECT 4

Scope

             (1)  This section applies if 1 partner in a relationship dies.

Definitions

             (2)  In this Act:

"deceased partner" means the partner who died.

"surviving partner" means the partner of the deceased partner.
