DAIRY INDUSTRY ASSISTANCE ACT 1977 No. 54 of 1977 - SECT 11

PART III-FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
11. (1) An account is hereby established to be known as the Dairy Industry
Trust Account.

(2) The Account is a Trust Account for the purposes of section 62A of the
Audit Act 1901.
