DOMESTIC MEAT PREMISES CHARGE ACT 1993 No. 100 of 1993 - SECT 6

6. If:

   (a)  on a day after 31 December 1993 in a financial year, a killing or
        processing plant satisfies the charge criteria; and

   (b)  charge is not already imposed in relation to the plant because of the
        application of this section in relation to an earlier day in the
        financial year; charge is imposed in relation to the plant.
