DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 28

28. (1) There is established by this section a committee by the name of the
Australian Dairy Corporation Selection Committee.

(2) The function of the Selection Committee is to select persons, and nominate
them to the Minister for appointment, as members of the Corporation.

(3) The Selection Committee has power to do all things that are necessary or
convenient to be done in connection with the performance of its functions.
