DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 29

29. The Minister shall-

   (a)  for the purpose of appointing the members referred to in paragraph 33
        (1) (d); and

   (b)  for the purpose of filling a vacancy caused by the resignation of, or
        termination of the appointment of, any of the members so referred to,
        by notice in writing given to the Selection Committee, request the
        Committee to give to the Minister, within the period specified in the
        notice, the names of persons, or the name of a person, as the case
        requires, considered by the Committee to be suitable for appointment.
