DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 37
Leave of absence of appointed members
37. (1) The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chairperson or the
government member on such terms and conditions as the Minister determines.
(2) The Chairperson may grant leave of absence to any other appointed member
on such terms and conditions as the Chairperson determines.
