DAIRY PRODUCE ACT 1986 No. 54 of 1986 - SECT 38

38. (1) The Minister may, after receiving a notice in writing, under the seal
of the Conference, that the Corporation does not have the confidence of the
executive council, terminate the appointments of one or more of the
appointed members of the Corporation.

(2) The Minister may terminate the appointment of an appointed member for
misbehaviour or for physical or mental incapacity.

(3) If an appointed member-

   (a)  becomes bankrupt, applies to take the benefit of any law for the
        relief of bankrupt or insolvent debtors, compounds with his or her
        creditors or makes an assignment of his or her remuneration for their
        benefit;

   (b)  is absent, except with the leave provided for in section 37, from 3
        consecutive meetings of the Corporation; or

   (c)  fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with an obligation imposed
        by section 35, the Minister shall terminate the appointment of the
        member.
